Madame, Monsieur, chers parents,
Après avoir longuement étudié les différentes options d’organisation en vue de la réouverture des ACS et en lien avec les représentants des parents d’élèves, je vous informe que le protocole sanitaire en vigueur ne nous permet toujours pas d’ouvrir les ACS dans des conditions satisfaisantes.
En effet, afin de continuer à garantir le bon fonctionnement des enseignements en présentiel, nous avons choisi de limiter les risques liés à des activités périscolaires.
Toutefois nous sommes attentifs à la possibilité d’une réouverture des ACS quand les conditions le permettront.
Par ailleurs en lien avec le poste diplomatique et la police chinoise, je vous informe que le protocole sécurité de l’établissement sera renforcé à compter de demain, avec deux gardiens présents sur le parvis du LFIP aux heures d’entrées et de sorties de l’établissement.
Enfin, sachez que nous procèderons à l’exercice d’évacuation incendie ce vendredi 06 novembre.

After having studied at length the different organizational options for the reopening of the ACS and in conjunction with the parents’ representatives, I would like to inform you that the current sanitary protocol still does not allow us to open the ACS in satisfactory conditions.
Indeed, in order to continue to guarantee the good functioning of the classroom teaching, we have chosen to limit the risks linked to extra-curricular activities.
However, we are attentive to the possibility of reopening the ACS when the conditions allow it.
Furthermore, in connection with the diplomatic post and the Chinese police, I would like to inform you that the security protocol of the establishment will be reinforced as of tomorrow, with two guards present on the LFIP forecourt at the entrance and exit times of the establishment.
Finally, you should know that we will be conducting a fire drill this Friday, November 6.

家长您好
学校慎重研究了开放课外课的种种可能方案，也同时征询了家长委员会代表的意见。最终因无法确保可严格遵守现行的卫生防疫措施，决定暂时不开设课外课。
学校希望尽量避免课外活动可能带来的风险，以保证学生正常上课的顺利进行。
如果防疫措施有所改变，学校会调整现有的决定。
另外学校同法国驻华使馆及公安局共同决定，从明天起学校门前的安全措施将升级：每天早晨入校及下午离校时，两名保安人员将在校门口巡逻。
最后请您知悉，本周五11月6日， 学校将组织全体师生进行校园消防演练。
