Sept semaines se sont écoulées depuis la rentrée et je tenais à vous adresser ce message encourageant au regard du bon fonctionnement de notre établissement et la reprise en présentiel pour tous nos élèves de la Maternelle à la Terminale, ce qui n’est pas le cas pour la majorité des Lycées du réseau AEFE. 
­

Je suis heureux de vous annoncer que le LFIP fonctionne normalement dans ce contexte exceptionnel et que tous nos professeurs sont présents pour assurer les enseignements dans les meilleures conditions possibles. 
­

Progressivement, des familles nous rejoignent et les effectifs augmentent, c’est pourquoi nous avons travaillé à l’ouverture d’une nouvelle classe de maternelle, qui ouvrira le lundi 2 novembre. 

 ­
Néanmoins, toujours dans ce contexte de pandémie mondiale, les autorités chinoises de Pékin nous imposent de nouvelles contraintes et une responsabilité accrue au niveau sanitaire sur le suivi santé de tous les élèves du LFIP et de leur foyer, ainsi que de tous les personnels en poste qui reviennent en Chine, les conditions du retour dans le lycée ont changé :  

– Pour une personne n’ayant jamais contracté le COVID, aux 14 jours de quarantaine à l’hôtel, se rajoute une semaine d’observation à domicile, limitant les déplacements et ne permettant pas de venir au Lycée.  

– Pour une personne ayant contracté le COVID à l’étranger avant son retour en Chine, se rajoutent non pas une semaine mais deux semaines d’observation à domicile. 

  ­

Par ailleurs, sachez que nous travaillons sur l’amélioration et la formalisation de notre protocole de continuité pédagogique à distance au cas où l’établissement serait partiellement ou totalement fermé au cours de l’année. Un document vous sera prochainement envoyé. 
­

Enfin, dans ce contexte sachez également que nous restons très attentifs à chacun, en particulier aux élèves décrocheurs et aux élèves allophones. N’hésitez pas à alerter les enseignants et la direction pour toutes difficultés rencontrées.

Seven weeks have passed since the beginning of the school year and I wanted to send you this encouraging message regarding the good functioning of our school and the resumption of face-to-face classes for all our students from Maternelle to Terminale, which is not the case for the majority of the high schools in the AEFE network.  
­

I am happy to announce that the LFIP is functioning normally in this exceptional context and that all our teachers are present to ensure the teaching in the best possible conditions.  
­

Gradually, families are joining us and the number of students is increasing, which is why we have been working on the opening of a new kindergarten class, which will open on Monday, November 2nd.  
­

Nevertheless, still in the context of the global pandemic, the Chinese authorities in Beijing are imposing new constraints and an increased responsibility on the health monitoring of all LFIP students and their homes, as well as all staff returning to China, the conditions for returning to the school have changed :   

– For a person who has never contracted COVID, in addition to the 14 days of quarantine at the hotel, there is a week of observation at home, limiting travel and not allowing them to come to the Lycée.   

– For a person who contracted COVID abroad before returning to China, not one week but two weeks of home observation are added.

In addition, we are working on improving and formalizing our distance learning continuity protocol in case the school is partially or totally closed during the year. A document will be sent to you shortly.

Finally, in this context, please also know that we remain very attentive to everyone, especially to dropouts and allophone students. Please do not hesitate to alert the teachers and the management for any difficulties encountered.

新学年开学至今已经将近七个星期的时间，我北京法国国际学校从幼儿园到高中各班全面返校复课，是法国海外教育署旗下为数不多的学校之一。 
­

我谨此高兴地向您宣布全体老师也都到岗任课，在此特殊的大环境下学校运作一切正常。 
­

目前仍有少数家庭滞留海外或正在返京途中。根据到校学生人数的逐步增加，学校决定于11月2日增设一个幼儿园新班，以满足实际就读需求。 

  ­

因疫情防控需要，北京市政府要求各个学校加强对新入境学生，其同住家人，及教职员工的管控，故最新从境外回京人员的返校条件如下： 

• 入境人员如从未感染，结束14天酒店隔离后，还需自行居家观察一周，在此期间尽量避免外出，并不得前来学校； 
• 入境人员如在海外期间有过感染，结束14天酒店隔离后，自行居家观察期延长为两周。

为了应对可能再次出现的学校或个别年级关闭状况，我校教师队伍仍在继续完善远程授课方案。您将在近期内收到相关邮件。
