Madam, Sir,

I would like to inform you that this morning we were alerted of the displacement of one of the family members of a LFIP student in a medium risk zone, in Hubei (Gu’an). This information came to our attention during the journey of the child concerned, who was on the M bus.

As a precautionary measure, in conjunction with the Chinese authorities, we isolated all the passengers on this school bus and asked all the families concerned to keep their child under observation at home for 14 days with follow-up.

Everyone was asked to take a temperature reading twice daily, to inform the infirmary in case of symptoms and to return to school, starting January 26, with a negative test within 72 hours.

Starting tomorrow, following the request of the Chaoyang Education Commission, each student will have to present, in addition to his daily health statement, the green code of the Health Kit every morning before entering the school or boarding the bus.

Please present either :

– The student’s Health Kit via cell phone

– The Health Kit of one of the two accompanying parents

– The Health Kit printed or screenshot of less than 24 hours of one of the two parents.

Without this document, access to school or to the bus will be refused.

Furthermore, we ask you all to be extremely vigilant and we remind you to limit your movements and gatherings as much as possible.

We assure you that we take all the necessary measures to guarantee the maximum health safety of all our students and staff.

Best regards,

The Principal
